CCA (The Centre for Contemporary Arts) Artist Residencies is a place where participants from different countries, together with Uzbek artists, create projects, explore culture and share their experiences.

The residence creates conditions for working on contemporary art. She supports research on the country’s cultural heritage. Special attention is paid to projects that combine modern and traditional practices and interact with local communities.

Two platforms of the space are located in the old mahallas of Namuna and Hazrati Imam. Every corner here has its own story. Walking through the streets, artists and guests feel the spirit of the city from the past, which inspires new ideas and experiments.
