Central Asia in the Global Tourism Ranking: What Do the Numbers Say?

The online publication CEOWORLD Magazine has summarized its own results of global tourism flows for 2025. Four out of five countries in the Central Asian region were included in the ranking. What are their positions in the ranking?

Kazakhstan is the leader of the region, with almost 8.51 million visitors, ranking 50th on the global list.

Kyrgyzstan follows closely behind: The country is ranked 51st with $8.5 million tourists. Uzbekistan is ranked 59th with $6.7 million tourists. Tajikistan has the lowest number of tourists with $1.2 million, ranking 123rd.

Together, these four countries have attracted over 24.9 million foreign tourists, gradually strengthening their position on the global tourism map.
