DITE-2025: Travel + Leisure Central Asia in Tajikistan

For the first time, the editorial team of Travel + Leisure Central Asia took part in a major event-the International Tourism Exhibition DITE-2025 in Dushanbe.

The interest in our stand exceeded all expectations. Over three days, the exhibition was attended by more than 10,000 visitors.

Particular attention was drawn to the magazine’s latest issues: more than 2,000 copies were distributed among representatives of companies from Germany, the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the USA, Iran, Pakistan, Bahrain, Central Asian countries, and Morocco.

Speaking at a panel session, the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Barno Ikramova, emphasized that the Travel + Leisure Central Asia brand unites all countries of the region across its platforms and showcases the tourism potential of Central Asia as a whole, remaining accessible not only to local but also to global audiences.

“Over the past year, our team has traveled more than 30,000 kilometers across Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,” said the editor-in-chief. “From Almaty and Shymbulak to Charyn Canyon, the Kolsai and Kaindy Lakes, and nearly the entire East Kazakhstan region, home to the Altai Mountains. We explored the Fergana Valley all the way to Shakhimardan and visited the ancient cities of Khiva and Bukhara. Central Asia is becoming increasingly visible on the world’s tourism map. And today, we are opening a new destination-Tajikistan.”

Travel + Leisure Central Asia continues its mission—to inspire travel and reveal the richness of the region to those who seek new routes, experiences, and horizons.
