Restaurants and Bars

The gastronomic concept is actively evolving. Planned openings include a restaurant and bar on the 28th floor with panoramic city views, as well as JW Garden, the hotel’s inner garden conceived as a tranquil retreat with traditional Uzbek tapchans and a tea ceremony. ELYO Restaurant & Terrace will also be expanded with an outdoor terrace.
The culinary direction is overseen by Executive Chef Martin Repetto, who brings international experience from hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. In Tashkent, he leads the development of all dining concepts, combining international techniques with local ingredients and ideas.

La Vallée SPA is based on Swiss expertise and the urban sanctuary philosophy, developed in collaboration with La Vallée SPA Switzerland.
