Qazaq Gourmet: The Taste of the Steppe Reimagined

The restaurant presents dishes from Kazakh cuisine, crafted from ancient recipes with intriguing modern culinary interpretations.

The menu features gourmet dumplings made from lamb and pumpkin, smoked eggplant with lamb and dates in Narsharab sauce, five varieties of kuyrdak, along with dishes from horse, veal, lamb, and camel meat. High-tech equipment is used in the cooking process, incorporating elements of molecular gastronomy.

Gift sets of local Kazakh delicacies and desserts can also be purchased here.

The main dining hall accommodates up to 80 guests, while the summer terrace can host 60. There are VIP rooms for exclusive gatherings: the “Kazakh Traditional” room for family occasions of up to 8 guests and the “European” room for business meetings up to 16 guests.
