The project presents cuisine as a way to travel. As a result, guests experience dinner as a journey through cultures and traditions.

Salama brings together the flavors of the Mediterranean, Central Asia, and Morocco. The menu reflects echoes of Eastern bazaars, draws inspiration from southern Europe, and recalls ancient caravan routes that carried recipes and spices across regions for centuries.

Interior and Atmosphere

The interior creates a sense of movement and discovery. Pastel tones, carpets, handmade ceramics, brass lighting, and warm color accents shape a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The main hall takes inspiration from a Moroccan riad — an intimate, enclosed space that invites guests to linger.

The restaurant features three distinct zones. The open terrace offers light and fresh air, making it ideal for daytime visits. The first floor serves as the main dining area.

In the evening, the second floor transforms into a social space with a banquet area and a premium karaoke lounge. Backing vocals and a curated show program set the mood until morning.

Music and Mood

Music plays a central role in the Salama experience. In the evenings, live performances bring together national instruments and modern oriental sounds. DJ sets and guest artists create a warm and engaging atmosphere.

Karaoke operates as a separate evening format. Professional sound, backing vocals, and a carefully curated repertoire make it one of the restaurant’s main attractions. On weekends, the venue stays open late into the night.

Gastronomic Map

The menu guides guests through the flavors of three regions. Each dish introduces culture through taste and presentation. Guests can try Moroccan duck tagine, dimlama, jiz-biz with barberry, and salmon wrapped in oak leaves, along with signature interpretations of dolma and samsa. Saffron baklava completes the journey.

The project continues to evolve. In the future, Salama plans to host themed gastronomic festivals and special dining events.

An Oasis in the City

Salama offers a place to pause and unwind within the city rhythm. Despite its central location, the restaurant helps guests escape the urban bustle. Here, cuisine tells a story of travel, and guests become part of it.

Salama stands in Blue Domes Park, one of Tashkent’s landmark areas. Architecture, nature, and history come together to create a balanced setting that naturally supports the restaurant’s concept and its cultural dialogue.
