Nomadic Gastronomy: How Sandyk Preserves the Taste of the Kazakh Land

All three locations of the Sandyq restaurant chain share a unified concept: a subtle presentation of centuries-old traditions in cooking, hospitality, and the display of unique household artifacts from southern Kazakhstan.

In the evenings, the restaurant transforms into a Kazakh aul atmosphere – guests enjoy unhurried conversations about history accompanied by live music.

The diverse menu is almost entirely composed of authentic Kazakh cuisine. Sandyq treats guests to long-forgotten dishes prepared using ancient, nearly lost nomadic recipes gathered from across Kazakhstan.

All Sandyq locations are alcohol-free.
