Santa, Light Shows, and Winter Games: How Tashkent’s Shopping Malls Celebrate the New Year

In late December and early January, shopping malls across Tashkent have prepared festive New Year programs for the whole family.

Events will take place at several locations around the city.

At Tashkent City Mall, New Year celebrations will run until January 3. The program includes a light show, jazz concerts by KatrynSky, and photo opportunities with Father Frost.

Every weekend in December, Yunusabad Gallery hosts free New Year events. Guests can enjoy animation shows, creative workshops, and winter games. Visitors will also have the chance to meet Santa Claus, elves, and popular characters from animated films and movies. The programs take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The festive atmosphere can also be experienced at Compass Mall and Next Shopping and Entertainment Center, where themed activities for visitors are planned throughout the holiday period.
