Uzbek National Cuisine in a Vegan Format

Navro’z Park invites guests and tour groups to discover Uzbek national cuisine in a modern vegan interpretation.

This culinary master class is a hands-on gastronomic experience that brings together tradition, an eco-friendly approach, and active participation.

Under the guidance of a chef, participants will learn how to prepare popular Uzbek dishes in vegan versions, including:

  • vegan plov and achichuk salad
  • moshkhurda and moshkichiri
  • dimlama
  • mastava and three types of samsa
  • chuchvara, manty, khasip-khonim
  • dolma, stuffed peppers, and other traditional dishes

The program concludes with a shared tasting at a beautifully set table, a souvenir photo, and the presentation of a personalized participation certificate.

Participation format: groups of 10 people or more. Individual master classes are available by prior arrangement.
