This culinary master class is a hands-on gastronomic experience that brings together tradition, an eco-friendly approach, and active participation.
Under the guidance of a chef, participants will learn how to prepare popular Uzbek dishes in vegan versions, including:
- vegan plov and achichuk salad
- moshkhurda and moshkichiri
- dimlama
- mastava and three types of samsa
- chuchvara, manty, khasip-khonim
- dolma, stuffed peppers, and other traditional dishes
The program concludes with a shared tasting at a beautifully set table, a souvenir photo, and the presentation of a personalized participation certificate.
Participation format: groups of 10 people or more. Individual master classes are available by prior arrangement.
