Registration will be implemented in stages. From February 1, it will become mandatory for citizens intending to perform the Hajj, and from May 1 – for those who plan to die.

Travel arrangements are not allowed without entering information about pilgrims into the system. This applies to both the formation of groups and the registration of trips.

Through the portal, citizens can sign up for a queue remotely. This format allows you to avoid personal visits to various organizations, collecting documents and going through paper procedures.

The creation of the portal is aimed at simplifying the process for pilgrims, forming a single electronic queue and digitizing the application process. It is also noted that the system allows to increase transparency and reduce the influence of the human factor during queue formation.
