Welcome to the Digital Home of Travel + Leisure Central Asia!

On October 28, the presentation of the digital edition of Travel + Leisure Central Asia—a regional project of the global Travel + Leisure brand, the iconic American magazine about travel—took place at Queen Resort Almaty.

The media platform places Central Asia firmly on the global tourism map, introducing international audiences to the richness of destinations across the region.

The website becomes a modern platform about travel in Central Asia – a space where inspiration, style, culture, and unique routes come together. Now, the brand has its own digital “home”, accessible from anywhere in the world.

The presentation opened with a premiere video capturing the spirit of Travel + Leisure Central Asia – the region’s dynamic rhythm, its character, aesthetics, and journeys yet to be discovered.

Then, the project’s Editor-in-Chief, Barno Ikramova, took the stage. She shared how meaningful and long-awaited this day was for the team and the project as a whole:

“Today marks the day we’ve been waiting for- the launch of the Travel + Leisure Central Asia website.
When we began, it all seemed a bit crazy: to unite five countries under one brand, to bring together their stories, culture, and people, and to make them speak in harmony was no easy task. But it seems we’ve succeeded. We’re opening a new chapter – the online version of the magazine, which will live, evolve, and inspire just like its printed pages.”

The program was then continued by the representatives of Travel + Leisure Central Asia in Kazakhstan – Saphat Abdrakhmanov and Zhanna Ilicheva – who emphasized the significance of the project for the region’s tourism image and future international communications.

Applause and camera flashes marked the beginning of a new digital era for the project.
