Number One Fam: Family Garden Food Festival in Tashkent

This year, the international restaurant holding Family Garden celebrates its 12th anniversary — with flavor, generosity, and deep respect for culinary traditions.

In honor of the occasion, from December 1 to 14, Tashkent is hosting the Number One Fam festival, where seven restaurants of the holding present exclusive themed set menus.

12 Years of Culinary Culture and Growth

The story of the holding began in 2013 in Sochi. Today, Family Garden includes 100 restaurants across Russia and the CIS under 15 brands (“PRO.Khinkali,” “Yuzhanin,” “Sorrento,” Lali, Kitana Asia Grill, “Pro.Midii”, 321 CLUB, “Ping Pong,” “Inzhir,” “Mandarin,” VINOGRAD, LuckyDze, “Klyovo,” “Syrovarnya,” and Medusa).

Yet the philosophy remains unchanged: delicious food, warm service, and family values — responsibility, honesty, respect for guests, and a commitment to growth.

Special Set Menus Created for the Festival

For Number One Fam, the chefs of Family Garden’s Tashkent restaurants prepared three-course set menus available exclusively during the festival.

Each menu reflects a harmonious blend of the chef’s signature style and local flavor accents.

“Over 12 years we’ve grown, but we’ve stayed true to our principles: for us, the most important thing is family and respect for our guests. The Number One Fam festival reflects these very values. We wanted our guests to share the joy of our celebration and discover new flavors,” says Yervand Galstyan, founder of Family Garden.
