During the sessions, participants are introduced to the entire paper-making process – from boiling the raw materials to forming the final sheet. In the extended format, visitors take an active part in the process themselves.

The workshops take place in the cozy courtyards of the ethnopark and last about one hour in demonstration format, or around three hours with hands-on participation. Guests can take home a finished sheet of paper as a memorable souvenir. This tradition is also preserved in the village of Konigil near Samarkand.

Workshops are held on Saturdays and Sundays and are available by prior reservation.
