The menu features classic Uzbek dishes, including plov, shurpa, samsa, manti, mastava, traditional flatbreads, and achichuk salad, complemented by natural juices.

The kitchen team consists entirely of chefs from Uzbekistan, and some semi-prepared ingredients are delivered directly from the country to ensure an authentic taste.
